Abstract:
To provide a scintillator plate which is excellent in shock resistance, sharpness and resolution.
The scintillator plate composed of a protective film placed so as to coat a scintillator layer of the plate which includes a scintillator layer consisting of columnar crystals on a substrate is characterized in that the surface roughness (Ra) of the protective film on the side of the scintillator is between 0.5 m and 3.0 m inclusive.
