Abstract:
【課題】良好な製品部を得ることのできるカス取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】カス取り装置１００は、複数の上型ピン３を有する上型１と、少なくとも一部が上型ピンと非対応位置に配置された複数の下型ピン４を有する下型２とを備え、上型用テンプレート７により複数の上型ピンからカス部押圧用のピン３１を選別し、下型用テンプレート８により複数の下型ピンから製品部支持用のピン４１を選別する。この装置において、下型ピン４の径が７ｍｍ～１１ｍｍであり、下型ピン４の１００ｃｍ２当たりの個数が３０個以上である。【選択図】図２
