PURPOSE: To increase the resistance of materials to be processed and thereby perform efficiently granulation, sizing and crushing by providing a number of grooves with openings on a processing side, on a perforated metal board.
CONSTITUTION: A number of grooves 4 in an axial line direction with openings on the processing surface side (rotor side) of a metal board 2 are provided on a screen best suited for the granulation, sizing and crushing of drugs or foods. In addition, a number of holes 3 are punched out on the grooves and between the grooves, and materials to be processed are allowed to come out of these holes 3. Consequently, the processing capability is improved regardless of the properties of materials to be processed such as hardness and ease of slipping due to the oil content.
