The thread parts of the respective joints are preferably formed by machining with a lathe or the like, and the tip parts 5a, 6a in the spiral direction of the spiral projections 5, 6 of the threads of the respective joints 2, 4 are preferably formed in the same cross-sectional dimensions as the intermediate parts 5b, 6b in the spiral direction of the spiral projections 5, 6 by machining such as cutting.
