PURPOSE: To prevent seizure by making the eccentric bearing of a movable scroll from a ceramic material with the internal hole thereof impregnated with a lube oil.
CONSTITUTION: The shaft 2c of a movable scroll 2b is inserted in the eccentric bearing 6A at a hole part 5b formed on the end 5a of a crankshaft 5, and the movable scroll 2b is driven to turn with the crankshaft 5. The eccentric bearing 6A is made of a ceramic material and the internal hole 6B thereof is impregnated with a lube oil 9, using the method wherein the lube oil 9 is vacuum heated and filled in the hole 6B under the environment of pressure application. The lube oil 9, therefore, oozes to the sliding part of a skin exposed to a pressure lower than at the hole 6B, thereby supporting an excessive load and preventing seizure in a short time.
