Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform a sure seal independent of each cylinder at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: Three sheets of thin plate rings 12a, 12b, 12c are laminated, and beads 13 in a circumferential direction are formed in the thin plate rings 12a, 12c of upper/lower surfaces to facilitate work, so that a seal surface is ensured by the bead 13 relating to insufficient accuracy in the upper surface of a flange part, to perform a sure seal independent of each cylinder at a low cost.
