PURPOSE: To retain a state that the clearance between horizontal fire resistant belt and vertical fire resistant belt is securely closed, even when a relatively large displacement has arisen in the direction mutually shifting in a building body.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible horizontal fire resistant belt 5 and vertical fire resistant belt 6 are provided in a pair of adjacent building bodies 1a, 1b with a clearance 2 between them. In the connection part where one longitudinal end 7 of one fire resistant belt 6 is oppositely positioned at the other fire resistant belt 5, a fire resistant pad 9 in which a fire resistant material is contained in a noncombustible bag body is laid down on the fully breadthwise span at the longitudinal end 7 of the fire resistant belt 6. The pad is arranged to get in contact with the fire resistant belt so as to freely slide on the belt and the clearance between respective fire resistant belts 5, 6 are kept to be in the completely closed state regardless of a relative displacement toward the arrow marks A1, A2 of respective building bodies 1a, 1b.
