In addition, the upper part of the connecting member 11 forms an opening part 11a capable of housing the can bottom of another sealed battery A. A gas hole 5a for controlling battery internal pressure is formed on the sealing plate 5, and a valve element 8 for closing the gas hole 5a is provided on the upper surface of the sealing plate 5. At the same time, the valve element 8 is sealed with the bottom part of the connecting member 11.
