To provide a sealed compressor which reduces discharge amount of discharge oil discharged to an outside through a discharge pipe after lubricating a sliding part, and improves reliability.

This sealed compressor is constituted of a compression part disposed at a sealed container having an oil reservoir at a bottom part, a motor for driving the compression part, and a shaft which transmits a rotational force of the motor to the compression part and in which a lubricating oil passage piercing through a center part is drilled. A discharge oil passage for discharging the discharge oil after lubricating the sliding part to the motor chamber is provided at the compression part, a communicating passage 13 for communicating the discharge chamber with the motor chamber is provided at the compression part, and a discharge pipe 10 for discharging compressed refrigerant to an outside of the sealed container is connected between the compression part and the motor. A communicating hole which communicates a compression part side space with a non-compression part side space of the motor chamber in an axial direction is provided between an inner wall of the sealed container and an outer peripheral wall of a stator, and a discharge oil port 21 of the discharge oil passage is provided in a range of 90° to 180° from a position of an inlet of the discharge pipe 10 in a rotational direction of a rotor.
