To obtain an excellent corrosion resistance of a casted material treated to be sealed or to form a complex.
A cast material is anode-oxidized and sealed with a sealant of an aqueous solution of organic sulfur compounds such as thiadiazole derivatives, aromatic dithiols, triazine dithiols and the like, or a solution made by adding higher fatty acids, and their alkali salts, and polymer latex, alkali metal hydroxides, alkali metal salts and the like to the aqueous solution. The sealed cast material is coated with higher fatty acids, higher unsaturated fatty acids, their alkali metal salts or esters, linseed oil, vegetable oil, silicon oil or vanishes, fluorine compounds and the like to obtain corrosion resistant casted material. The complex is obtained by heating treatment after coating with coating materials such as a tar epoxy coating, a polymer emulsion coating, a nitrocellulose laquer, an acrylic urethane coating, an epoxy resin, a hardening acrylic coating, a melamine coating.
