Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of an annular projecting portion of a deflector.SOLUTION: A seal device 10 includes: an external fixed portion 35 fixed to an external annular portion 17 of a core metal 11; an annular projecting portion 41 extending from the external fixed portion 35 to a side approaching a side surface 28 of a flange 8 in an axial direction, and opposing to the side surface 28 at an interval; and a deflector 40 extending from the external fixed portion 35 to a side separating from the side surface 28 of the flange 8 in the axial direction, and configured by a cylindrical external lip portion 45 abutting on an end portion outer peripheral surface 22a of an outer ring 2 due to elastically deformation. The external annular portion 17 of the core metal 11 linearly extends to a tip end portion 17e of the external annular portion 17 in a diametrical outer direction, and the tip end portion 17e is positioned on the outer side in a diametrical direction than the end portion outer peripheral surface 22a of the outer ring 2.
