Abstract:
To provide a retrieval system for retrieving information by considering contents of emotion.SOLUTION: A retrieval system includes a retrieval device for retrieving a retrieval object on the basis of emotion having a plurality of emotion elements. The retrieval device acquires at least one of object candidate scores indicating scores of the emotion elements provided by candidates of the retrieval object, acquires at least one of user scores indicating scores of the emotion elements accepted by a user retrieving the retrieval object, calculates an emotion score indicating the score of the candidates of the retrieval object moved by the user on the basis of the object candidate scores and the user scores, and retrieves the retrieval object on the basis of the emotion score.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
