PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle that has a seat cushion divided into a cushion body and a movable side part so that the movable side part can be raised and fallen between a raised position where the movable side part is raised from the cushion body and a fallen position, a cushion frame being made compact by assembling the movable side part on a side frame as a different component from a skeleton frame of the cushion body together with a lock mechanism etc., and the movable side part being assembled easily, speedily, and precisely to the cushion body.SOLUTION: A side frame Fs as a different component is coupled to a cushion frame Fm as a skeleton of a cushion body Sm, a movable side part Ss is pivoted 8 on the side frame Fs to be rotated between a raised position U and a fallen position D, and a lock mechanism L capable of locking the movable side part Ss at the raised position U is provided between the side frame Fs and movable side part Ss.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
