Abstract:
To reduce noise caused by operation sound of an air pump and improve discharge efficiency of the secondary air pump.SOLUTION: In a secondary air supply device (70), a catalyst is disposed at an exhaust passage (76) through which exhaust gas of an engine (40) passes and secondary air is supplied from an air cleaner (60) to the exhaust passage at the upstream side of the catalyst. The secondary air supply device includes: an air pump (71) which sends the secondary air from the air cleaner to the exhaust passage; a suction pipe (72) which guides the secondary air taken from the air cleaner to the air pump; and a discharge pipe (73) which guides the secondary air discharged from the air pump to the exhaust passage. A cylinder unit is disposed in front of a crank case at the engine. In a vehicle front view, at least a part of the air pump overlaps with the crank case. In a vehicle side view, at least a part of the air pump overlaps with the cylinder unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
