Title:
SECONDARY BATTERY-LOCKING STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3105790
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery locking structure capable of easily removing a secondary battery out of a portable telephone.
SOLUTION: In a secondary battery-locking structure, the supporting shaft 3a of a hook 3 is fitted into a notched groove 6 in a rear cover 1, and a plate spring 4 is mounted on a rib 5 for the rear cover 1 so that the lower part of the hook 3 is pushed by elastic force to rotationally move the hook 3 to an arrow mark A for maintaining locking. When a secondary battery 8 is mounted on the rear cover 1, the curved portion 8a of the secondary battery 8 interferes with the hook 3, and the hook 3 is set back. When the secondary battery 8 is set in place, the hook 3 is rotated to the arrow mark A with the elastic force of the plate spring 4 and fitted to a locking groove 10 in the secondary battery 8 to lock the secondary battery 8. When the secondary battery 8 is removed out of the rear cover 1, the secondary battery 8 is rotationally moved to an arrow mark B while being slid in the direction of an arrow mark C for releasing the lock.
