Abstract:

To provide a secondary battery module using a silica electrode, in which a film is formed at high speed and low cost in a solid electrolyte secondary battery, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

A positive electrode 4 is formed by using a silicon oxide (silica), a negative electrode 6 is formed by using a silicon nitride or a silicon boride and the like. After electrodes are coated with a solid electrolyte obtained by mixing zeolite, both electrodes are bonded, so that a unit cell can be rapidly assembled and produced. After the unit cells are connected in series, the unit cells are sealed by tightening a silicon rubber plate and a cover with a bolt which can press thereon.
