A segment for vehicle comprises a rubber elastic body having a mounting part fixed to the outer periphery of a vehicle rim, both side wall parts rising from the mounting part to the outside, and a tread part extending over between both side wall parts, a first hollow portion passing through the rubber elastic body, and a fixing means located between the mounting part and the rim, wherein a second hollow portion is provided on the side wall part outside the rim in the state of mounting the segment for vehicle on the rim to form a partition wall part between the first hollow portion and the second hollow portion, which is arranged inside the vehicle while being inclined more at the side of the tread part than at the side of the mounting part.
