Abstract:

PURPOSE: To detect the voltage of a battery and to raise an alarm even when the power source is turned off.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a power source on/off recognition part 111 to recognize the on/off state of the power source, comparing means 114 to compare time from a timer function part 104 with detection timing time 113 set in advance, battery voltage detecting means 115 to detect the battery voltage when both the kinds of the time are coincident and to compare the detected voltage with a rated voltage, timer function part 118 to set time for detecting this battery voltage, and driving control part 116 to raise the alarm when the battery voltage detecting means 115 detects that the battery voltage is lower than the rated voltage. The comparing means, battery voltage detecting means and alarming means are operated when it is recognized that the power source is turned off.
