Abstract:
To provide a self-lubricating enamel wire and a coating material having excellent lubrication property, wear resistance, and adhesion property with treating varnish.
This self-lubricating enamel wire has, on its circumference, a lubrication layer 3 formed by being applied to a surface of a conductor 1 through an insulation layer 2, and baked. The lubrication layer 3 comprises, in 100 pts.wt. of polyamide resin, 1-10 pts.wt. of a lubricant, 0.1-5 pts.wt. of an antioxidizing agent, 1-200 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin, and 1-30 pts.wt. of a silane coupling agent.
