In the packaging body, a film is folded in a W-shape in side view, right and left sides of the film are sealed in front view, and the packaging body has an inverted Y-shape in side view. When a content is filled in the packaging body and an upper portion of the packaging body is sealed to form a -shape in side view, and a bottom side of the -shape forms a self-standing surface of a substantially flat shape.
