Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of restraining increase in a resistance component and an inductance component occurring at a gate electrode when additional capacitance is connected to the gate electrode, an antenna switch circuit comprising the semiconductor device, and a radio communication device comprising the antenna switch circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a drain electrode and a source electrode having a comb-shaped planar shape engaging with each other; a gate electrode provided between the drain electrode and the source electrode and having a meander-shaped planar shape; at least one gate electrode lead-out part protruding from the gate electrode; and a coupling part that is provided facing at least one of the drain electrode and the source electrode and connects the at least one gate lead-out part.
