Abstract:
To provide a high function semiconductor integrated circuit device such as a neural network computer and a multi-valued logic integrated circuit.
The semiconductor device comprises a MOS transistor having a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a substrate electrode, and a plurality of resistor circuits. The output electrode of the plurality of resistor circuits is connected to the gate electrode, and an input electrode of the plurality of the resistor circuits is used as the input electrode of the MOS transistor for control.
