To provide a semiconductor device having high degree of integration and achieving power saving.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: an input unit 1 which applies an input voltage; a bistable circuit unit 3 in which a transition probability of an output voltage which transitions between a high level voltage and a low level voltage varies non-linearly according to the input voltage applied from the input unit 1; and an output circuit unit 4 that outputs an output current corresponding to the transition probability of the output voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
