Abstract:

To prevent a filament part from being disconnected due to a switch-off phenomenon, and prevent program data from being moldified unexpectedly after a program ends of providing a noise suppression means for relaxing or absorbing noise between a power supply terminal and one electrode of an anti- fuse element.

A noise suppression means is arranged at a path between anti- fuse elements AF1 and AF2 and a transistor TR, The noise suppression means is formed by a resistor R that is connected in series with the path, and the resistor R smoothes and relaxes noise that is largee than a program voltage that so inputted to a program power supply terminal Pp. By increasing the resistance of the resistor R higher than that of a filament, noise becomes dull and related due to the resistor R, thus preventing the filament from being disconnected based on a switch-off phenomenon. A reliable anti-fuse elements AF1 and AF2 can be obtained so that program data cannot be changed by accident after the program ends.
