Abstract:

To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can reduce power consumption and can stabilize an output, and an electronic apparatus equipped with the same.

The semiconductor integrated circuit 101 comprises: a charge pump 1 which boosts an input voltage, and outputs the boosted voltage to a load; and a charge pump control circuit 11 which outputs a voltage to the charge pump 1 on the basis of the output voltage of the charge pump 1, and determines the upper limit value of a current outputted to the charge pump 1 on the basis of the output voltage of the charge pump 1.
