Abstract:

To reduce leakage current in a transistor and also reduce current flow through an inverter, etc.

A semiconductor integrated circuit, consists of an analog circuit 200 which receives a signal whose voltage changes linearly and has variation in the amount of current within it, with the change in the voltage and a logic circuit 300 input with an input, signal having a first or a second voltage and then outputs an output signal having the first or the second voltage depending on the voltage of the input signal. The absolute value of the threshold of a MOS transistor constituting the analog circuit 200 is set smaller than that of a MOS transistor which constitutes the logic circuit 300.
