Abstract:
To miniaturize a semiconductor module as a whole by achieving a high driving frequency while enabling feedback control of peak current.SOLUTION: A semiconductor module (41) for a DC-DC converter for structuring a DC-DC converter (13) is structured by assembling at least a plurality of primary and secondary semiconductor components (30 and 32), a main transformer (31), and a connection member (37) connecting the semiconductor components (30 and 32) and the main transformer (31) in a main body (41a), The semiconductor module (41) comprises, on one side of the main body (41a), a lead terminal (39) for connection with an external circuit board (15) and a sensor terminal portion (38) which can serially connect a current sensor (59) to a primary winding (46) of the main transformer (31).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
