Abstract:
To simplify structure.
This sensor is constituted to be provided with a base table 1 having an arrangement face, detecting electrodes 2 arranged on the arrangement face 1a of the base table 1 while forming a pair, an electric circuit 3 for outputting a signal to make a current flow between the electrodes 2 and for measuring the current flowing between the electrodes 2, and a detecting means for comparing a variation of an electrostatic capacity depending on the current between the electrodes 2 with a preset threshold value to detect seating. A large number of elements arranged matrix-likely in the seat is not required thereby to detect a load and the like accompanied to the seating, and the structure is simplified thereby.
