Abstract:
To propose a calibration method for correcting the individual difference of sensor units that are used in plurality.SOLUTION: Provided is a first sensor unit comprising a sensor, a processing module for processing the measured data of the sensor, and a communication module. The communication module is capable of transmitting the measured data of the first sensor unit to a second sensor unit, and is constructed to be capable of receiving the measured data of the second sensor unit from the second sensor unit. The processing module calculates reference data on the basis of the received measured data of the second sensor unit and the measured data of the first sensor unit, and stores the correction data calculated on the basis of the reference data and the measured data of the first sensor unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
