Title:
SEPARATING PAWL FOR COPYING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3121436
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the separating pawl for copying machines which exhibits lubricity and non-tacky adhesiveness over a long period of time and has durability without generating the phenomena, such as thermal deformation, defect in sepn. direction, paper jamming and generation of pawl traces, which are inconvenient for use.
CONSTITUTION: The separating pawl for copying machines is produced by immersing a fluorinated polyether polymer of 1000 to 5000 number average mol.wt. consisting of -CxF2x-O-(where, X is an integer from 1 to 4) as its main structural unit in the molding of the separating pawl constituted by molding a heat resistant resin, such as polyphenylene sulfide resin or arom. polyamide resin for ≥4 minutes, thereby impregnating this polymer therein at ≥0.37μm from the surface.
