Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a separating pawl of which the edge is formed to a sharp and uniform R shape of about 40μmR at the time of forming a fluororesin film via a primer on the surface of a separating pawl base material.
SOLUTION: The edge surface at least at the front end of the separating pawl which is formed of a synthetic resin, such as a thermoplastic polyimide resin, and is compounded with whiskers of pH of ≤9 is provided with a primer layer having at least ≥1 kinds of the resins selected from a group consisting of polyamide imide, polyimide and their precursors and a tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoropropylene copolymer having an average grain size of 0.1 to 10μm. The surface of the primer layer is then baked and coated with a continuous film consisting essentially of the fluororesin, such as a perfluoroalkyl-vinyl ether copolymer at a temp. above the m.p. of the fluororesin.
