Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation apparatus which is easily handled and exhibits superior effect by improving a magnetic coagulation method.
SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a tank 11 for storing a suspension 12 formed by dispersing fine particles in a liquid, a circulation route 13 for returning, to the tank, the suspension which has been taken out of the tank and has been subjected to a necessary treatment; a gas take in section 21 for causing the suspension in the circulation route to take in a gas, a first magnetic action section 18, 19 for subjecting the suspension in the circulation route to a magnetic action, a second magnetic action section 22 for subjecting the gas flowing through the gas take in section 21 to a magnetic action, and a turbulent flow generation section 31 for forming a violent turbulent flow in the suspension having taken in the gas and for generating minute gas bubbles in the suspension.
