Abstract:
To provide a column constructed of a capillary packed with rigid porous matrixes carrying chromatography particles embedded inside.
This capillary column is packed with chromatography particles, photosensitive monomer, a foaming solvent, and a photopolymerization initiator, and then polymerization is carried out inside the capillary by photoirradiation. In this way, the whole capillary tube is packed with porous matrixes.
