Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation method efficiently heating a multicomponent substance such as a food product via condensation heat transfer and a condensed liquid by using a safe solvent such as water in a form of high-temperature gas, and easily eliminating an appropriate amount of excess oil-and-fat content and salt content from the food product.
SOLUTION: The separation method comprises the following process: heating the multicomponent substance to separate components from each other, specifically comprising exposing the multicomponent substance in a gas phase atmosphere of a material having vaporization temperature of ≤100°C in 100 kPa so as to heat the multicomponent substance, make the gas-phase material condense on the surface of the multicomponent substance, and separate the components contained in the multicomponent substance from the multicomponent substance together with the condensate.
