To provide a serial load control device that does not output an abnormal voltage to a high voltage section even when a noise is carried on communication data.
A control section as a master controller 4001 transmits a control signal for a channel to a high voltage control section 4002 as a slave controller by a serial communication method every time when a control value for the channel is changed. A control signal for a channel of which control value is not changed is also transmitted for a predetermined time interval. When a control value of every channel is not changed, the control signals of from channel 1 to channel 8 are sequentially and repeatedly transmitted for a predetermined time interval. In the case where the control value of one of the channels is changed when repeatedly transmitting for a predetermined time interval, the control signal corresponding to the channel to be changed is prioritized so that the transmission is interrupted.
