Abstract:

To provide a server duplication method capable of performing backup of accumulated data without stopping a system.

When a server 1 of a duplication source which accumulates and manages electronic data receives a request of processing from a client, a processing execution part 8 determines whether the processing requested by the client corresponds to a prescribed processing accompanied with a change of accumulated data or not. When it corresponds to the prescribed processing, a duplication instruction part 12 forms, after the processing requested by the client is executed, a duplication instruction XML data for making a server 2 of a duplicate designation execute the required processing corresponding to the processing content, and transmits it to the server of duplicate designation. The duplicate executing state in the server of duplicate designation is monitored in the server of duplicate source, and when the duplication fails, the duplication instruction XML data are retransmitted.
