To provide a server, method and program for distributing advertisements corresponding to the degree of interest in ecology of a user.

The sever 10 includes: a user DB 16 for accumulating prescribed points showing the degree of a user's interest in ecology, and for storing it by associating it with the user, according to the input content of the user to a prescribed application in a terminal 20; an ecology-consciousness level calculation part 12 for calculating the ecology-consciousness level of the user based on the stored points; an advertisement DB 17 for storing the ecology-consciousness level as conditions for distributing the advertisements by associating the ecology-consciousness level with each of a plurality of advertisement data; an advertisement extraction part 14 for, when the ecology-consciousness level of the user calculated by the ecology-consciousness level calculation part 12 is approximate to the ecology-consciousness level being the conditions stored in the advertisement DB 17 within a prescribed range, extracting advertisement data associated with the conditions; and an advertisement transmission part 15 for transmitting the extracted advertisement data to the terminal 20 of the user.
