PURPOSE: To perform stable servocontrol over a pickup even when an internal speaker sounds with large sound volume by providing a servo gain control means which controls a servo gain associatively with an adjustment of the sound volume of the internal speaker.

CONSTITUTION: Frequency signals (a)W(d) read out of a disk are added and voltage-converted and then supplied to a focus error circuit 14 and a tracking error signal generating circuit 21. The signals (a)W(d) are supplied to a digitized data demodulating circuit 26 as well and outputted as audio signals L and R. Signals of circuits 14 and 21 are supplied to a focus actuator coil 18 and a tracking actuator coil 25 through a focus servo gain adjusting circuit 15 and a tracking servo gain adjusting circuit 22 and the signals R and L are supplied to internal speakers 35 and 36 through sound volume adjusting circuits 31 and 32. The circuits 14 and 25, and 31 and 32 are associated operatively with each other to perform stable servocontrol over the pickup even when the speakers 35 and 36 sound with large sound volume.
