Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a servo valve, capable of using a controller which is power-supplied from a power supply for controlling a bistable electromagnetic valve. CONSTITUTION: A coercive piece 14, which is freely slidable in a guide tube 15, a head part 17 and a yoke are composed of a soft magnetic iron material, and the weight of the coersive piece 14 is made applicable to a magnetic system coersive force specified by the coersive force of the soft magnetic iron material. A controller STV is connectable to a power supply V through a switch mechanism S. An open pulse is generated, when the switch mechanism S is closed, a storage capacitor C1 operates by an open pulse I1. When the switch mechanism S is open, it is constituted so as to have a closed pulse I2 generated by the storage capacitor C1.
