PURPOSE: To enable a device to flexibly correspond to FMS or the like, by comparing a region data with a machining content data in every tool to erect a condition flag in a machining region further a region condition with the reference data to select a tool condition.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU1, which detects a machining region data 46 for every tool kind by a processing data and a command from a keyboard 2 with screen, compares a region data 71 for every tool with a machining content data 72 for every tool in a processing part 74, and a region condition flag is erected in the machining region by a setting part 75. Next the CPU1 compares the region condition with the reference data of memories 76, 79 in comparator parts 77, 80 to select a desired tool condition in setting parts 78, 82, and the CPU1, unifying output data of these setting parts in a unifying part 83, prepares a machining condition data 47. In this way, the machining condition, equipped with flexibility and practicability necessary for FMS or the like, can be set.
