CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with an image signal extracting means 1 for extracting an image signal from an image sensor every plural bits, a storage means 2 for storing the image signal from this image signal extracting means 1, a filter 3 for filtering the image signal from this storage means 2, and setting it as shading correction data, and a shading correcting means 4 for executing a shading correction of the image signal from the image sensor by the shading correction data from this filter 3.
