Abstract:
To provide a shaft working device which simultaneously improves working precision and working efficiency.
A belt 56 slides against a corner part C of a cutout part 3 of a pinion shaft 1 when the belt 56 is rotated and driven by each of rollers 50. The corner part C of the cutout part 3 of the pinion shaft 1 held on a setting jig main body 24 is worked in an R shape thereby. The pinion shaft 1 is not worked manually by a worker as conventionally but mechanically (automatically) worked by the belt 56, and as a result, the working precision of the corner part C of the cutout part 3 is improved and stabilized, and the working efficiency of the corner part C is also improved.
