To provide a shake device which has a high energy efficiency and is capable of giving a shake of large displacement.

A shake device 101 has a mobile plate 106 which can be shaken around an axis of rotation to a support substrate 106. A soft magnetic body 109 magnetized in a prescribed direction forming an angle to the direction of the axis of rotation is provided on one of the mobile plate 105 and the support substrate 106, and a magnetism generation means 107 for generating a magnetic flux is provided on the other of the mobile plate 105 and the support substrate 106 apart from the soft magnetic body 109. Soft magnetic bodies 121 and 122 are provided so as to at least partially cover the magnetism generation means 107 except portions of the magnetism generation means 107 which are close to magnetic poles of the soft magnetic body.
