Abstract:
PURPOSE:To measure the size and shape of a test object having a relatively large size such as lightweight foam concrete continuously, quickly, and correctly. CONSTITUTION:A device conveying a test object is provided, two image sensors 1, 2 having a relatively wide visual field are arranged in the width direction on the downstream of the device, a group of rear end position detecting sensors 9, 11 are arranged along the conveyance direction on the upstream side of the image sensors 1, 2, and a tip position detecting sensor 7 is arranged between the image sensors 1, 2 and the most downstream sensor of the rear end position detecting sensors 9, 11. The size and shape (including distortion or the like) are calculated based on the signals from these sensors obtained when the tip position detecting sensor 7 detects the tip of the test object and the rear end position detecting sensors 9, 11 detect the rear end of the test object.
