A planar shape reproduction apparatus 1 for creating reproduction data of a planar shape based on given data representing the planar shape comprises: a planar element division part 11 for dividing the planar shape into planar elements which are multiple areas by triangle lattices; an acquisition part 12 of an angle between planar elements for acquiring the angle between the planar elements which is an angle of two adjacent planar elements; a random field forming part 13 which defines interaction among the angles between the planar elements and forms random field in which the angle between the planar elements is a variable; a sampling part 14 for sampling a set of the angles between the planar elements making probability distribution defined in the random field as population; and a planar element arrangement part 15 for reproducing the planar shape constituted of the planar elements based on the angles between the planar elements obtained by the sampling.
