Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the linearity of a cut line from becoming worse due to the deflection of a plate material and changes of clearance of each part of a shearing machine caused by cutting progress. SOLUTION: A shearing machine is provided with a fixed blade 13 and a travelling blade 12 which mesh mutually and an adjusting means 20 which adjusts a clearance of both blades 12, 13 during cutting. The adjusting means 20 consists of a clearance adjusting means 22 which changes a clearance between the fixed blade 13 and the travelling blade 12 and a control means 29 which controls the clearance adjusting means 22. The control means 29 has a changed curve setting means 33 which sets a clearance changed curve of the travelling blade 12 during its travel in accordance with at least one piece of plate material information among pieces of information on a plate thickness of a raw material, a material and a shape of a product. The control means 29 controls the clearance adjusting means 22 in accordance with the predetermined plate material information and the set clearance changed curve.
