Abstract:
To provide a sheathed heater whose processing cost is low but has a good quality inspite of the low cost.
In the sheathed heater, an exothermic coil 3 in which a terminal 4 being a load dispatching terminal is connected to both ends is inserted into a metal pipe 1 and an insulation material 2 is filled in this metal pipe 1. The terminal 4 is formed out of a round bar and hanging parts 6 projecting to the outside of the metal pipe 1 are press-molded, so that the sheathed heater, low in processing cost and excellent in quality inspite of the low cost can be provided.
