To provide a sheet conveyance device, an image processing device, a sheet conveyance method and a conveyance control program, which allow a user to set various numbers of sheets to achieve high convenience.SOLUTION: A sheet conveyance device 2 comprises a sheet loading base 21, a sheet discharge base 22, a conveyance mechanism, an elevating mechanism 4, and an elevating control part. The conveyance mechanism conveys a sheet Sh1 loaded on the sheet loading base 21 onto the sheet discharge base 22 by taking in from an intake port and passing through an execution position where image processing is executed by an image processing part. The elevating control part, as specifying the upper side of the intake port as a monitoring area, controls the elevating mechanism 4 so as to lower the sheet loading base 21 when the sheet Sh1 is detected in the monitoring area before starting to convey the sheet Sh1 by a spring-up sensor 6 which detects spring-up of the sheet Sh1 during conveyance of the sheet Sh1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
