PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting device that secures safety when being used or loaded with a roll material.SOLUTION: The sheet cutting device 1 includes: a roll material holding part 4 for holding the roll material P in which a sheet is rolled up in a roll state; and a cutting part for cutting the sheet. In the sheet cutting device, the roll material P is held by the roll material holding part 4 so that the peripheral surface thereof faces on a forward side and the cutting part is provided on a backward side relative to a central axis of the roll material P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
