To provide a sheet for display device using a self-organized honeycomb structure film which is very easily and formed at a low cost without requiring complicated manufacturing equipment, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device.
In the sheet for display device, holes of the self-organized honeycomb structure film disposed on a conductive film are filled with an electrophoretic material and an electrostatic moving material and are sealed up. The manufacturing method of the sheet for display device includes steps of; applying the solution of a hydrophobic polymer and an amphiphilic polymer onto a substrate; forming the self-organized honeycomb structure film by spraying gas having prescribed relative humidity onto the surface of solution applied onto the substrate, substantially at a fixed flow rate; filling holes of the honeycomb structure film with the electrophoretic material and the electrostatic moving material; and sealing up the holes of the honeycomb structure film. In the display device, the conductive film is disposed on the honeycomb structure film of the sheet for display device.
